Community Groups
Community Groups are weekly gatherings of roughly 8 to 16 people, where we spend time together by hanging out and enjoying food, applying the Bible to our lives, praying, and encouraging one another to live for Christ. They are the primary avenue by which we strive to live out our faith. These groups meet in the community to foster community and to serve the good of our community. Thus, we will not only foster deep relationships with one another, but we will also find ways to serve those around us through our community groups. Children are welcome and will receive a short Bible lesson and have other activities as well as some playtime.
We would love for you to come and check one out! Email us at or contact the community group leader if you are visiting for the first time, have questions or would like more information.
We value community at Redemption Hill, because we believe the gospel creates a new community of people called to enjoy life together. In fact, we believe we should intentionally seek to live in community because God is a relational God. Since he has created us in his image (Gen. 1:27), there are desires at the core of every one of us for relationships that provide support, strength, love, understanding, and a sense of belonging. God clearly teaches in the words of the Bible, that living life, and especially the Christian life, should not be a solo project. Therefore, Redemption Hill Church not only gathers on Sundays to worship God, but we also meet in smaller, Community Groups.

One of the primary purposes of our Community Groups is to help people grow as followers of Christ. One of the tools we use to that end is our "Personal Discipleship Evaluation." We pray that it will help enhance your relationship with God.
