Tanner and his wife, Marsha, have two girls, Parker and Kesed. He enjoys hanging with friends and family, frequenting coffee shops, reading, and following the Red Sox and Celtics. His desire is to see people become missional disciples who love Jesus, his Word, his people, his mission, and his glory. Tanner holds the M.Div. and Ph.D. degrees. He also coaches the Freshman Boys Basketball team at Medford High School and serves an assistant to the J.V. and Varsity teams.

Jon and his wife, Leigh, met their freshmen year in college at Appalachian State University and have been married since December 2003. They have three precious children: Ava, Emet, and Owen and are in the process of adopting a little girl from China. Having played football in college, Jon enjoys watching and playing most sports, especially basketball and football. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, hiking, reading, and playing music (guitar, drums, and piano). Jon holds the M.Div. degree and is currently in the dissertation stage of completing his Ph.D. in Biblical Theology. 

 

 

 John Reddy

John and Teresa Reddy, have been married for more than a quarter century and, as Native New Englanders, have raised Karen, Alex, and Joseph in their hometown of North Reading, MA. Currently, Teresa continues her lifelong passion for pediatric nursing at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital while also providing clinical instruction for MGH’s Institute for Health Professions. Together, they joyfully host an RHC Community Group where Jingle (miniature poodle) and Poppy (miniature Maltese) eagerly greet each person coming to the door.

John has “pursued God’s order in the midst of life’s chaos” through a wide variety of personal and professional experiences. From direct patient care to administrative leadership, he has spent years in a range of healthcare settings. As an Elder and Pastor, he finds himself drawn to the integration of biblical faith across generations, the dynamics of authentic small group communities, and the power of alignment between godly vision and excellent systems. As a lifetime learner, John holds an A.S. (Respiratory Therapy) from North Shore Community College, an MHA (Hospital Administration) from Simmons College, and an MAR (Religious Studies) from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.

After graduating from Clemson University Micah and his wife, Carrie, moved to Medford in the fall of 2010. They welcomed their first child, Chasen, into the family in November 2013. Micah works for Massachusetts Institute of Technology as a software developer. When he is not working, Micah likes to read, camp, write computer software, and piddle on the guitar. While serving with Redemption Hill Church he enjoys the privilege of leading others in songs of praise to the King. Carrie graduated from Clemson with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Carrie currently serves the families of Medford through Redemption Hill's Transformation Station because she believes that the greatest lesson we can teach the next generation is to love the Lord with their whole hearts. In her free time Carrie enjoys perusing Pinterest for sweet things to bake, scrapbooking, snowboarding, and running.

"Let the peoples praise you, O God; let all the peoples praise you! Let the nations be glad and sing for joy” (Psalm 67:3-4).Joel has a passion to see North American cities transformed for the glory of God by making disciples. He has a heart for outreach in the community and seeing the church grow in faith and community. 

Joel felt called to vocational ministry in the fall of 2011. After getting married to his wife in December, Joel graduated from Clemson University in May of 2013 with a B.A. in Modern Languages: American Sign Language and a Minor in Special Education. He is pursuing a Masters of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary with hopes of pursuing North American Church Planting. After serving with Redemption Hill in the summer of 2013, Joel and his wife felt led to serve Redemption Hill with Generation-LINK.

Having played football in college, Joel enjoys watching and playing sports, especially any sport involving a ball. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and friends, reading, working out, hunting/fishing, and playing music.

"Brothers, my heart’s desire and prayer to God for them is that they may be saved” (Romans 10:1). Jennifer’s passion is to see women and girls come to know Christ and serve him as Lord. She felt called to serve in the city and after going to visit her fiancé in Boston, knew God was calling them to serve with Redemption Hill on staff with Generation-LINK. 

Jennifer graduated from Clemson University in May of 2012 with a Bachelors Degree in Special Education. For the past year, Jennifer has been teaching at West Oak Middle School, in Westminster, SC and is excited about serving the youth and college at Redemption Hill.

Jennifer’s interests include spending time outside, running, playing tennis with her husband, and reading.

 

 Jonathan Mitchell

Jonathan desires to see the gospel of Jesus Christ transform the lives of many in order to bring glory to God. He has a desire to see young men become more like Christ. He is passionate about serving the community and the church. Jonathan is from West Columbia, SC and graduated from Clemson University in May of 2013 with a degree in Biology. He is now taking classes at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in order to earn his Master of Divinity. Jonathan enjoys playing and watching sports, being outdoors, swimming, and spending time with family and friends.

Scott and his fiance Lana both grew up in the North Shore area of Massachusetts. Scott is a graduate of Suffolk University with a B.A. in Political Science and is currently a member of the U.S. Army Reserves. He enjoys watching sports with family and friends, partaking in outdoor activities, reading, and watching a good movie. He desires to see teenage students come to center their lives on Christ during a difficult and transitory stage of life. He understands that there are many pressures placed on teenagers that can cause high levels of stress and anxiety, and wants to help these students “cast their burdens on the Lord” (Psalm 55:22). Scott is currently pursuing a Masters of Divinity at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in South Hamilton, MA.
