Summary: Jesus said the human soul is more valuable than the entire world. He taught this in Matthew 16:24-27 to help us prepare for Judgment Day. If we try to gain the world and neglect God, we will forfeit our souls, but if we give ourselves to God now, trusting in Christ, we will spend eternity with him and gain it all!
